As of September 20th, 2022 the city of Warsaw, MO does not allow civilians to ride UTV/Golf Carts inside Warsaw City limits. After researching surrounding cities ordinances and state laws, we discovered that we are the only city in Benton County (as well as other local counties) that does not allow UTV/ Golf Carts to be driven inside city limits. 

On June 18th 2022, a group of Warsaw residents attended a city meeting with the hope of changing our local ordinances regarding UTV/Golf Carts. We presented the city board with all of the information on the surrounding cities ordinances, as well as other cities in the state of Missouri that allow UTV/Golf Carts in hopes to allow them in our city as well. 

While we are waiting to hear back on their decision on that matter, we wanted to create this petition in order to demonstrate the support for this change. We hope that by making this change we can bring some added revenue, convenience, and fun to our town.

Below we have listed all the information gathered from surrounding cities that allow UTV/ Golf Cart. 

Lincoln: ALLOWS UTV/GOLF CARTS with permits

Cole Camp: ALLOWS UTV/GOLF CARTS follows state law

Windsor: ALLOWS UTV/GOLF CARTS follows state laws

Clinton: ALLOWS UTV/GOLF CARTS with permits

Stover: ALLOWS UTV/GOLF CARTS with permits

Versailles: ALLOWS UTV/GOLFS follows state law

Belton: ALLOWS UTV/GOFT CARTS with permits
