I believe that UTV’s/ ORV’s should be allowed to be operated on County roads for Johnson County. Morgan County approved this for their county over 4 years ago. UTV’s/ORV’s are safer to operate on roads than motorcycles. They have more safety restraints than motorcycles as well. They have headlights, taillights, brake lights, some even have turn signals and horns. But the biggest safety restraint are seat belts, which motorcycles don’t even have but they are allowed to be driven on all roads. I’m not asking for them to be driven on all roads, just county roads.
