I am writing to inquire about any updates regarding the request to include smart tailored shorts as part of the school’s permitted uniform policy. You indicated on 12th June that you would raise the matter with the school governors.

Given the anticipated high temperatures of 30°C this week, it is imperative that this conversation be brought to the forefront.

To date, the petition has garnered 512 signatures. 

On behalf of the numerous families who support the trial of shorts as an alternative option, I would like to thank you for your time and consideration.
