We the undersigned, believe it is in the best interest of the community for the Erica Bakery at 7 School Road, Erica to be redeveloped as proposed to the Baw Baw Shire.
The development is in keeping with the town heritage values and will be integral to the growth of the town by providing employment and tourism opportunities.
