The Issue

Owning a food truck has always been our dream to share our love for cooking and build something meaningful from the ground up. We began in Ocala, proudly serving at the Ocala Food Trucks on 484, until we were unexpectedly asked to leave. It was a difficult moment for us, but we didn’t give up. We relocated to Summerfield, hoping for a new beginning and a stable place to grow our small family business on our own private property.

Recently, we were told we could no longer have our tables and tent, even though we are operating on private land. This change has deeply impacted our business — our sales have dropped, and it has become much harder for customers to stay and enjoy their meals. What once felt like a warm, community gathering spot now feels incomplete.

We are simply asking for permission to keep tables and a tent on our private property so that we can continue providing a comfortable and welcoming space for our customers. Allowing this small change would help our business recover, strengthen community connections, and support local entrepreneurship in Summerfield.

Please sign this petition to support our family-owned food truck and help us continue serving our community with the food and hospitality we love to share.
