In our school, Green Bay High School (Auckland, NZ), students are not allowed to Listen to music. This is a problem because many students find it easier to work while listening to music, so the school banning listening to music has actually impaired many students ability to learn. This is not what a school should be doing. In New Zealand we need a better school system and We believe this is the first in a series of steps for something better. We propose that the school now allow students to listen to music only if they have headphones. For something better, sign this petition.
