All,

We have an attorney in the process of drafting a demand letter to the HOA Board and Management.  This letter will essentially demand that the HOA continue approval of the metal shake-style roofs, or a lawsuit will be filed on behalf of those listed.  You can only be listed if you live in Lantana and actually filed a request to the ARC and received a denial, so please do not reach out if you don't meet those criteria.  If you have not filed the request, but may wish to be included in the future, I highly suggest you file your request so you will have proof of a denial.

The cost of the demand letter is being taken care of and this will not obligate you to stay involved should a lawsuit be filed.  If you would like your name to be included on the letter, please send me an email at lantanapetition@gmail.com with your name, email address and phone number, and the attorney (Justin) will reach out to you to confirm you wish to be listed.  Your information will only be shared with Justin.

The goal is to get this letter to the Board prior to the meeting on Wednesday, so please provide your information as soon as possible.
