Despite what you see in the news , care home residents still have little freedom compared to us in the community.

- young people living in care are not allowed to go to the beer garden, meet with 5others in a public space, leave to go to the hairdressers
- people at end of life are still being restricted from their families at a time when they need them most
- many visits are still being restricted to 30mins once a week
- families are not allowed to enjoy a drink and a sandwich together
- families have to beg to see their loved ones

As always the list could go on.

The petition is still very much ongoing and we need your help to get us to 100k in time for the next Scottish Parliament being elected.

100k signatures would give us a great stance to attract media and discussions to why #AnnesLaw is needed.

My mum , Anne of #AnnesLaw is restricted to 12hrs a week of visits. This is one of the better situations for care home residents across the country but is nothing compared to what my mum needs.

She needs her husband ,the very least, everyday to comfort her like any normal married couple.

With vaccinations, testing, IPC, PPE this should be happening!

Please help us reach 100k signatures which is only 4,989 more
