This is the plan:

1. Protest by: singing & performing songs of peace, equality, and fair justice; passing out flyers; and bring an awareness of government issues that can easily be solved (with the right plans in action).
2. Create a business plan for project BOI & GIRL (Bring Outsiders In & Give Intellectual Recreational Living) 
3. Bring forward that business plan (containing at least 3 solutions) & this petition to TRUSTED elected leaders that have more experience. I'd have these documents looked over, revised, and prepared for the proper audience (the White House).
4. I'd need to be patient about how long this can truly take because something that NEEDS TO BE DONE RIGHT takes time to create. Good things cannot be rushed. Also, when fighting corruption, it's not easy to win on the first try.

Please let me know of any steps I may be missing.
