As of recent, we have been served the Cease and Desist letter from ALLEGIANT. They are threatening to file a very large lawsuit against us for defamation of character. It seems this company still believes they can bully us and continue to poorly treat LGBTQ+ people everywhere. They have used our face picture as the headline for their Pride advertisements and are attempting to smear us and make us look like the bad guys. This company has NEVER had any type of LGBTQ+ Pride events until it was started by us. As you all know, we have now lost employment, lost access to medications and health insurance, lost housing twice, and have been fighting them for a long time now and all because ALLEGIANT Air refuses to treat their LGBTQ+ employees with the respect that they deserve. PLEASE consider sending this petition to your friends and family and standing with us to create a brighter future and force ALLEGIANT AIR to acknowledge their mistakes, create solutions, and make this right.
