I received paperwork yesterday from Shellpoint Mortgage about pending foreclosure. They filed to foreclose the property in the superior court of Delaware. I do not trust the Delaware courts because they are not diverse and most of those lawyers who have stood to defend this thief(Kristine Ryan) have enabled her evil heart that what she did to take something that she does not pay for was okay. Most of those attorneys she hired to defend her, are in kahoot with judges in the Delaware Justice system. I don’t honk I can get any justice. I am scared to death, because I am a defenseless black woman who is an immigrant with an accent often taken for stupid or idiot. I have a special needs child and I am in active bankruptcy, to my surprise the Bank of New York Mellon is still attempting to foreclose because I live there, the law does not apply to them because I am black. I live in the property but when I tried to call them, they said they would only speak to Kristine who abandoned the property before she divorced my late husband. They are going after her because they withdraw from receiving money or mortgage payments under the plan, because they claimed not to recognize me as the owner or hier to the property. They are trying to foreclose the property because Kristine is not the occupant of the house. Please help by signing the petition. Let’s spread the news. Thank you. AR
