Still waiting to hear from LegalZoom

I am still waiting to hear from LegalZoom to get my documents they gave to the wrong person, my late husband’s ex-wife, a white woman. Please if you can writer to LegalZoom to inform them about they injustice they committed against me, who is the rightful hier to the house. Stop institutional racism starting with LegalZoom first!! I need my quit claim deed now.
