Petition LegalZoom to return the original quitclaim it sent to Kristine Sharpie Ryan, of Lewes, Delaware who corroborated with them to steal the already notorized and excuted deed, in an effort to prevent me from inheritance of the property in its entirety. Unfortunately, the Delaware court systems are as racist and corrupt as these two, they chose to ignore the facts and sympathized with a white woman, to allow her to still claim ownership of property mentioned in the documents. As a black woman, it’s really been hard,to get justice for this system wrong caused as a result of a racist justice system in Delaware. The judge Pyott chose to reward this fellow white woman, with 50 % interest in the property and asked me to pay mortgage arrears while allowing that woman to live scorch free, without paying a penny towards the mortgage. Had I been white, the last could have tipped the other way. When I tried to appeal the unfair decision by judge pyott in family court of Delaware, they took my money in fees up to $100, but lost my documents and told me they had no records. I still have a receipt for the money they took but never took my appeal, they lost my paperwork. Up to this day, the court has never refunded me. My story is the story of experiences black people go through dealing with the justice system that is corrupt and racist against them. Please spread the word about this injustice done to me.
