The fact that LegalZoom LLP was paid by my late husband and I so they could complete the process of deed transfer, but they decided to send back an already signed and motorized quit deed to Kristine Ryan, former spouse, should tell all of us something. My situation should make all of us aware that Institutional racism is real in White Corporate America.

Bank of America- collects my mortgage payments but it believes the house belongs to Kristine Ryan.Why??? even though they received a copy of a signed quit deed, they have failed to acknowledge the fact that I should be the  owner 100%. Even though Kristine has never paid them a penny, while I pay them,and they have in the past written to me via their lawyers. They only want me to pay them but not own the house, they believe it belongs to a white woman,Kristine Ryan and my late husband. Racism at its core, not wanting me to live in a community reserved for white Americans by Banks and other Mortgage Companies, because of the belief that Black people living in predominantly white communities, would cause property values to go down the tube. Racism Racism eats the souls of America. Black lives Matter, too.!!!!!!!!!!

When I tried to file a dispute in court to strip house of second mortgage due to equity value vs mortgage owed, they denied stating Anna is not the owner. Remember, Kristine has never paid them a penny while she stole an already excuted quit deed. Bank of America acknowledges only the White Woman as the owner, even though she was divorced from my husband of 8 years. Home was given to my husband in final divorce settlement and that is the home I have lived in, live in, now.

My situation has been made worse because every time I found a lawyer, all white, they end up feeling sorry for the white thief, Kristine Ryan. I am the problem for living in the house, in a white neighborhood. Even the family court judge Pyoti, could not rule against her, but she could only rule that Anna Ryan, can have a life estate, continue to live in the house, pay mortgages, repairs and everything, but the house will go back to Kristine who is almost 60 years old. If Kristine is not living, the house will go back to Kristine’s white children, who are grown adults,since Anna did not have Biological children with Tim. Even Anna”s children who are below 18 years old, will have no right to live in the house. That house was almost taken by bank after death of husband but I have made payments to bring mortgage current, made repairs, changed windows, replaced  HVAC system, ceramic floors, empire carpeting wall to wall. Unfortunately, Kristine does not want to let go, she believes she owns 50% of the house. Strangely Kristine never pays a penny and has never toward the house she is claiming. However, Kristine is very eager not to see me live in that house, and she wants the house back so she can live in it.

This situation has continued for over 4 years. Kristine has never allows me to grief the death of my husband and she even asked for his High Jacket  after his death. How come?? Remember, there few to none estate, family, civil black attorneys in Delaware. Thus, I have had to pay the white attorneys biggly, but in the end I hit the wall because they do not understand my situation, they overlook the facts and they pity Kristine. They all tell me to walk away and leave the house to Kristine former wife of my late husband. Why????

In this country, I have learned that America has two systems of law. Some laws apply to White and others only to nonwhite Americans. The law does not work for Balck people. It is believed and claimed that equal justice for all under the law, but not when it comes to Brown and Black people. Additionally, Corporate  America is a leader in racism against Black Americans, it plays a huge role on how business of race is done.They are too powerful, and can be evil with institutional racism.
