I need help finding Black or minority attorneys in Delaware, because I can not get justice in the state due to racism. Every attorney that I hire, works against me because it involves litigation against a white woman, who stole deed to the home I lived in with my husband. Legal Zoom sent quit deed documents to her( husband’s exwife) but after he died, the state of Delaware believes she is a victim. She stole the quit deed which she already excuted to me and my late husband before he died, but now, the family court of Delaware gives her 50 percent interest in property. This woman never pays toward mortgage, repairs and so on, but the mortgage company Bank of America also believe that she is the owner of the house, meanwhile, I pay for everything. This makes me feel like Slavery is not dead, because how does this woman and Delaware expects a black woman to pay while not expecting a white woman to pay towards the house she claims she owns, and they do not expect that she should pay, but require me to pay? Racism is at play. There is no justice for black people. Institutional racism is real in America.

How can these banks expect me to pay mortgage but denies me ownership?? How can Legal Zoom LLP given back the processed quit deed to a white exwife woman, because the rightful hier is black? How can Bank of America and Shellpoint Mortgage expect Anna Ryan, the rightful hier to pay mortgage payments in arrears and current, demanding her to pay, while dismissing she is not the owner of the house but Kristine (white woman) who never pays? America has a long way to go. Injustices are everywhere.
