Con questa petizione vogliamo chiedere alle istituzioni organizzative e gestionali del calcio europeo la creazione di un torneo continentale simile nello stile e struttura alla Mitropa cup, un torneo al quale prenderebbero parte le squadre vincitrici dei campionati di serie B delle nazioni aderenti alla UEFA.

Con l' istituzione di questa competizione sì darebbe una maggiore fama e prestigio alle società neopromosse, si aumenterebbero i loro introiti, si favorirebbe la scoperta e maturazione di giovani talenti; si andrebbe infine a dare molto più valore alla prima posizione dei campionati di serie B dei vari paesi.

With this petition we want to ask the european organizational and administrative soccer institutions for the creation of a continental tournament with a style and organization similar to the old Mitropa cup, a tournament in which the winners of the second highest level UEFA national campionships would participate.

By establishing this competition the newly-promoted teams would earn popularity and prestige and they would also increase their income; the discovery and growth of new talents would also be fostered. The lead in the second-tier UEFA championships would also become more valuable.
