We made headlines! Big stories on news.com.au, the Herald Sun and The Daily Mail UK are putting ALDI’s cage egg policy to shame. I can’t seem to get a response from ALDI. But some reporters did. And ALDI isn’t listening. They still say they will continue to sell caged eggs. They also said: “Aldi Australia takes the welfare of animals in production seriously." SERIOUSLY!? It's time to up our game. I’m calling my local ALDI today. Will you join me? Let’s ask them why ALDI is pulling cage eggs off shelves in the US and Europe, but NOT IN AUSTRALIA.
