Senator Chris Elliott Drafting Legislation to Fight Back against AHSAA

While this article is unrelated to our cause, State Senator Chris Elliott is drafting legislation to stop the overreach of the AHSAA.  Please contact your local state representatives and urge them to support Senator Elliott.  The AHSAA as we've seen in this case has no means of a fair review and they have even taken away the chances of legitimate legal action by requiring each family to sign a dragonfly form which says they can only be sued in Montgomery where they have influence over judges.  The only way we can win is through legislation.
