Each of us who has placed our name below fully supports USA Health’s efforts to bring community and USA specialists together for innovative surgical care in Baldwin County, at the new Mapp Family Campus of USA Health. Through the establishment of a state-of-the-art multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), USA Health will be able to provide outpatient care with the highest level of quality and cost-savings options, making residents of Baldwin County much more likely to seek the care they need, thus improving the health of our state. USA Health is an innovator in health education, medical teaching and clinical initiatives, and our community needs this exciting new model for care in our area. We strongly urge the state’s Certificate of Need Review Board to approve USA Health’s application for a certificate of need with respect to a new ASC in Baldwin County.
