Dear Supporters,

Last month I told you about Ad Standards’ decision to dismiss hundreds of complaints against the gigantic p*rn billboard we petitioned to pull. I thought this ruling was rubbish so I paid for an independent review.

Today I was notified that my request was successful! An Independent Reviewer has referred the case back to the Ad Standards Community Panel for reconsideration at its next meeting.

This is significant. It shows that at least one person involved in the process agrees that community members - vulnerable children included - should not have to contend with giant p*rn billboards shoved in their faces as they go about their business in the public space.

Let’s hope the Panel makes the right decision the second time around and prioritises community members over vested interests of the predatory p*rn industry!
