COVID-19 has affected almost all of us. For me, 2020 was going to be the year I travelled with my son. That can no longer happen under the circumstances. I’d booked a trip to Jamaica, and now that trip will expire without my participation. Air Canada is well aware of the pandemic yet refuses to give me my money back. Instead suggesting I receive credit to use another time THIS YEAR! I am not fortunate enough to have additional vacation. I obviously booked for when I can travel. Air Canada needs to do right by its customers, especially in a time where many are experiencing financial hardships. 

GIVE US A REFUND! 

The product for which our monies was exchanged is no longer available, my arm should not be bent backwards so your corporation can keep their profit. In such a dire time, the consumer should be considered.
