Thank you to the hundreds that have signed this petition  — but we do need more. How many other families have been affected the same way without even knowing? The message is clear: the system is well and truly broken, and Aimin’s daughter — a six-year-old girl — continues to be financially harmed because of failures already evidenced and proven in black and white.

Yet despite this, the silence from those with responsibility is deafening.

🔹 NHS Grampian — formally told of the harm, but refuse to intervene. The Chief Executive, Adam Coldwells, has even admitted he instructed silence and told colleagues not to reply.
🔹 The Responsible Officer, Dr Hugh Bishop — twice tried to justify why the GP could submit a cancer questionnaire, yet when directly challenged on the statute, his position is legally untenable. He now remains silent.
🔹 The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) — aware of the evidence, yet silent and inactive, even going so far as to invoke restrictions on communication.
🔹 The Children & Young People’s Commissioner — told about Olivia’s harm, but no action.
🔹 Elected representatives including Kevin Stewart MSP, Kirsty Blackman MP, Rt Hon Stephen Flynn MP, Audrey Nicol MSP, and Jackie Dunbar MSP — all copied into the correspondence, all silent.
🔹 Andrew Bowie MP — initially supportive, but backed away after pressure from Kirsty Blackman and Stephen Flynn.

And beyond these names, multiple other MSPs, MPs, regulators, and commissions have received the evidence. None can say they didn’t know.

Meanwhile, Elmbank Group Practice involved is spending money on extremely expensive solicitors — while a child is left financially harmed.

Royal London ignore and remain silent while benefitting from not paying out while boasting of profit share of £181 million

It really is very simple:

✔️ Aimin gave one written consent for his oncologist to share medical records for his cancer care. He had nothing to hide.
❌ A GP (not even his GP), Dr Christopher Provan, took it upon himself and assumed he had authority to submit a cancer questionnaire to Royal London.
⚠️ One consent was used twice. Only the GP’s unlawful submission was relied upon to deny the policy. The oncologist’s lawful submission — the only one with clinical and legal authority — was hidden by Royal London from the family.

⚖️ Families carry the grief. Institutions and politicians carry the silence.

Every signature on this petition says the same thing: silence is complicity. The public are speaking. The question is — when will those in power find their voice?

👉 If you have already signed, please please share the petition again. The more eyes on this, the harder it becomes for institutions and politicians to keep turning away.
