Questions

The trust have said in articles that they need to raise revenue to help with the shortfall in funding, etc. I have three questions for the trust 1. How much have they spent on the propose merger with The Royal Surrey Hospital which according to their last financial report had been put on hold. Four years ago they were negotiating with the Epsom & St. Helier Trust which they pulled out of at the last minute for financial reasons. Surely both of these proposals have cost thousands if not millions. 2. Why no other hospital trust in our part of Surrey and many London hospital do not charge blue badge holders with many of these having their budgets squeezed feel that this is acceptable. 3. If this charge is brought in and a blue badge holder meets the criteria for claiming the charge can the refund not be administered by the reception desk rather than send them to the cashiers office on the 3rd floor.
