We’re making changes

Just wanted to post an update and thank everyone for sharing and signing. We still have a long way to go so please don’t stop talking about this. I have a meeting with the city council to bring this issue to light, Monday the 21st. The more signatures the better. 
I would just like to also touch on the fact that this wasn’t a fail of law enforcement officers. This is a law issue. This is a state issue. This is a county issue. The county is not equipped to deal with equine and livestock seize situations. This is what I am trying to accomplish. We need to give them the education and tools to be able to handle large animal neglect cases.
