AHSA funds including Teachers Health, Australian Unity, Defence Health, CBHS Health, Peoplecare, Doctors' Health Fund, Navy Health, Health Partners are limiting your choice by refusing to negotiate with Macquarie Health. These funds have:

1. Falsely told members that they are not covered for services at Macquarie Hospital facilities.

2. Taken 100% of members' premiums but only paying out 85% of Macquarie Hospital costs.

3. Wrongly refused to pay minimum benefits for surgical accommodation and theatre services, despite members being entitled to those benefits.
