Please do not rip off the Australian People. You are a national shame. Increasing postage costs and slowing delivery times makes no business sense at all. Your staff do not even deliver packages as I was told they are not allowed to leave their vehicles unattended they just put a card in the mailbox when the parcel is not even in the vehicle to start with. What is the point of that??? We have posties just putting cards in mailboxes instead of delivering packages??? A service we pay for!!! We are paying for a non existent service. I requested a parcel to be delivered to my work for convenience as I cannot get to a post office during business hours. A card was left at the door. I had to take time off work to go to the post office , the card said it would be there for collection. On arrival I was told the parcel was not there when the card had todays date. They said it was a mistake it will be there tomorrow. This meant I had to wait another day for my package. I was furious!!! I went back to the office and tracked the parcel and it said it was at the post office after I had just been there.  I did not have time to go back and sent my colleague down to collect it for me. I signed for her collect it and they would not accept it because it was not done right. I had to go back again myself to collect the parcel. Three visits in one day to try and collect a parcel that should have been delivered to my door. Now you want to charge us for this service. There are pensioners  who cannot afford this , elderly people who cannot get to a post office. People who do not have transport, people who go on holidays or are in hospital.  The Australian People should not be penalised for using a service that does not deliver the goods. This is not the way to do business.
