It’s not over, the Board has not submitted the paperwork for POAA.  Our next step is to send the Board and property manager emails (email addresses below).    Tell them why you are against the POAA and submit your questions.

According to Gwen White, an Walden Park ex-board member and homeowner, the POAA requires amending our CC&R’s.  This is also concerning to me.
