AfroNation Portugal postponed with No Refund Option!

The Portuguese government has now canceled all festivals taking place before September 30th 2020. All festivals that have been canceled or postponed so far have offered the option for ticket buyers to receive a refund as they rightfully should and as per their terms and conditions.

Afronation & Iamsmade have decided to instead hold their ticket buyers at ransom by only making two options available, either attending the festival next year or reselling their own tickets. 

Their terms and conditions clearly state ‘If your event is rescheduled, you will be entitled to attend the new date or you will be offered a full refund for the full face value and any unused delivery.’

Aside from refunding ticket buyers being the right thing to do, they are refusing to comply with their own terms and conditions and refund Afro Nation Portugal goers like they did for Puerto Rico! 

We demand our REFUNDS.
