In response to President Joe Biden’s remarks of allowing a “study” to be worked on to perpetuate the progress of reparations for African Descendants of Slaves and all black/brown people, I am presenting this petition to show and prove the demand for justice , equity, and financial freedom for a people who have been and are presently disadvantaged to their white neighbors. Since 1555 with John Hawkins , it has been made known by God that the ancestors of present day said blacks were tricked into slavery and since then, those people , their lineage , and present day descendants have not been fairly compensated for the blood, life, and sweat that has been invested into the building of America.  #HR40 gives an opportunity for the United States Government and the descendants of slave owners to apologize and compensate black/brown people  with land to start a full nation and government whereby it is supported by the United States Government for 25-30 years through resources and capital . If this is not accepted then this petition is to organize and present to the HR40 Bill committee the demand for stocks, cash money, bonds, steaks within companies (ie tobacco ,cotton companies) ,business tax breaks , compensated college education , and/or and not limited to all forms of compensation that this said government can provide. #HR40 Bill can be found on Congress.gov. The asking amount for cash being $14 Trillion for generational compensation . We seek to compensate and repair North and South America . Many organizations such as the Moorish Science Temple of America Inc, Nation of Islam, Nation of Gods and Earths, and many Black Churches and other private sector black organizations are more than willingly to help organize the identity of our people to distribute capital and reparations in all forms.
