The bar association should have the ability to hold attorneys accountable without expenses to the victims. I consulted with firm called Reel Fathers Rights who bombarded my phone with illegal ads telling me if i dont act now and hire them it could ruin my case. When i asked how much the consultant told me $5,000 retainer fees. I said can you go after the mother for the fees and his reply was sure after you pay the retainer we can try. I clearly showed evidence the mother has committed a contempt of court on 18 different counts and he still told me they can try after I pay them first. I told him I'm going to push for the government to regulate their fees and he got upset... He then text me the same crap that they can change my case forever if I pay $5,000. I told him to take a hike. I am done being the cash cow of the modern day gold diggers of California.

My current attorney is loligagging and I called them to file contempt of court charges and its been two weeks calling them now. Finally got a call stating my case was continued to another date and to call them back. Remind you every call cost dollars, milking my retainer dry. I have not received one statement for the past two months showing my remaining balance and been to court three times. Only when it runs dry they notify you to pay another retainer fee.

They are part of the problem with corrupt judges who work with them to delay the process of custody. Family courts reduces one parent's custody to below 30%. Usually the one that makes the most while the other collects free income, non taxable, and can use it however they please. While the one paying is struggling to support their expenses inclduing they parenting time expenses. They push the non-custodial parents to give up when they run out of money. It's only for those who puts their mortgage payments last so they can support an attorney who makes 10 times more than they do. I make $40/hr, my attorney makes $400. I stopped paying my mortgage to pay for my attorneys.

I'm practically living out of my vehicle in two towns: one where my son lives and the other where my job that supports me is located. While the mother is allowed to move when ever she wants and extends the court cases how ever she wants becasue she was granted custody. Moves to a location where I can't afford on my income alone. Of course this was wrongfully granted by the judge.

My first attorney at the time was 15 minutes late to court. My 2nd attorney never filed a contempt of court. My third shook before the court and barely said a word. My 4th attorney got stepped on my the judge. It has been five years and no justice has been done.

I have a petition to remove the judge as well. I am going to push another petition to fight the corrupt judges in office to remove their immunities allowing them to be held for their actions when they violate the rights of a person. My current judge has my case hidden from the eyes of the public. Not sure why but it isn't publicly broadcasted like others. I believe because he is hidding the fact that he is violating my rights when i present to jim the evidence of contempt of courts against the mother.
