A few days ago, I had a very unpleasant experience. On a hot day in the parking lot, I saw a puppy in the trunk of a car with the windows slightly open, barking and crying, trying to get free at all costs. I called the Gardai several times; everything lasted about 2 hours (I don't know how long the dog was locked in the car). The Gardai failed to provide assistance and the ISPCA did not answer the phone. I broke the window to save the dog who was barely alive and overheated.

I believe that in such situations it should be allowed to break the car window and take the animal away from owners who harm the animal.

Did you know that animals are sentient beings capable of feeling pain just like humans? It is crucial for us to remember to treat all living creatures with compassion and care. By showing respect and protection towards animals, we are not only promoting their well-being but also cultivating a more empathetic and kind society.
