Thank you all so far for supporting such a good cause and sending messages, sharing on your socials, it means such alot to the FND Community.
It's about time that we saw more FND information, more support, advice, help for Carers, Friends, Family too.
Would'nt it be nice by getting funding, collaborating and producing this simple wallet sized booklet filled with FND pathways, support groups and much more would make such a big impact in FND Community up and down the Country.
On diagnosis, a visit to a Neurologist, Hostpitals, Doctor's, Community Rehab Centres , Therepists etc that these cards would be easily readily available and accessable for all to pick up read, share, use, help spread awareness, support, packed with lots of resources, support we need instead of recieving nothing and or navigating our own path to support, information.
Let's make a difference and help the much needed FND Community up and down the Country.
