Hello, my name is Nicole and I live in Brampton with Peel Living. I am working for change in how tenants are being treated. 

I am concerned with: 

• Increase in rent payments to 30% of income without concern for living costs
• Expecting immediate back pay when people cannot afford the changes to their rent 
• Better treatment of senior people and/or people living with disability and their expenses

I do not think it is fair when rent is increasing and cost of living is getting worse, people are unable to get ahead and save. It is moving farther and farther away from being low rental. I am fighting for everybody.
