In preparation for Monday's Vallejo City Council workshop on police oversight, Common Ground will be hosting a Q & A via Zoom today at 6 p.m. regarding the proposed Title 18 Vallejo Oversight and Accountability Ordinance. We will explain the features and our thoughts on Title 18 and how it relates to the Common Ground Ordinance proposal.
