Having relocated from an urban area to a rural setting, I've experienced firsthand the digital isolation faced by villages with poor or non-existent network coverage. My personal appeals to current network providers to enhance their services have been met with silence. Despite numerous complaints regarding faulty towers, since 2023, there have been no improvements. This issue is not just mine alone it's a shared reality among students and locals who lack essential online access.

Just imagine students graduating with excellent grades but being forced to take an unplanned gap year because they can't enroll in online courses or access study materials from home. This predicament is a burden on financially struggling families already grappling with economic hardships. It's an unacceptable situation in a time when digital accessibility is crucial for education, work, and connecting to the broader world.

Rural communities have been excluded from the benefits of digital transformation for over 15 years. While urban areas continue to progress, rural residents remain voiceless in a digital era, forgotten by network providers who see no reason to improve service quality where they reside. This petition serves as our census, aiming to count and amplify the voices of those deeply affected by this dire lack of network coverage.

Our villages need stronger network signals to participate in the contemporary digital economy and education.
