Duolingo, with its reach of 500+ million users worldwide, is a leader in language-learning platforms. However, it omits Singlish, a Creole language spoken by millions in Singapore. Singlish's unique blend of English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil, and many other languages reflects the multicultural heritage of Singapore and is an intrinsic part of its identity. Our request is simple: Duolingo, please include Singlish in your language selections. This addition would not only enrich Duolingo's offerings but also honor the linguistic diversity of Singapore.
