This has always been my biggest problem about the game.

You have all these background characters like the Cow, a Dolphin and... Fish Bone.. as playable characters, but Paratroopa is a spectator, like always.

What I'm asking for is finally giving Koopa Paratroopa a chance at Mario Kart again, even as an alt costume. We can't have normal background enemies as characters and NOT have Paratroopa, that's just strange.

Koopa Paratroopa has been playable back in Double Dash on the GameCube and hasn't been added back since. Mario Kart World would be a great game to bring him back, it just fits!
