Since it has been 3 months with no responses from Wayne State, I reached out to WSU leadership again (Chief HR representative, the Senior Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Academic Personnel, and the Vice President for Research).

On June 20th, Progyny, a company that offers comprehensive fertility benefits to employers, sent me an update that they've tried to connect with a Wayne State health benefits consultant that performs strategy for WSU benefits platforms. 

Today, Progyny confirmed that they continue to try to connect with WSU benefit leaders and the consultant.  Unfortunately, they have not received any responses. They will continue to push for the support of WSU and the WSU consultant with our combined goal of a family building benefit.
