For many fans of 'Lady and the Tramp,' Darling is more than just a side character. Despite her significant role in the story, she, much like King Stefan and King Hubert from Sleeping Beauty, remains underrepresented in Disney's expansive lineup of characters. Outside of occasional merchandise appearances and roles in a card game and making a cameo in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Darling hasn't received the spotlight she deserves.

I grew up cherishing the timeless tale of 'Lady and the Tramp' and the sequel where Darling stands as a loving, smart nurturing figure. Her affection and kindness towards Lady resonate deeply with so many of us, yet she hasn't been given the recognition she rightfully deserves in Disney’s popular theme park, Disney Magic Kingdom. In fact, there is a sequel and book adaptations that does show her face more often than the first film where it sometimes show her face.

Imagine walking through Disney Magic Kingdom, Disney Speedstorm, and Disney Dreamlight Valley and coming across Darling, a familiar and beloved character, adding warmth and nostalgia to our experience. Her presence would fill a gap left by her limited appearances, offering fans, old and new, the chance to connect with a cherished character from their childhood.

Adding Darling would not only honor the legacy of 'Lady and the Tramp' but also enrich the diverse tapestry of characters that Disney Speedstorm, Disney Hero Battle Mode, Disney Magic Kingdom and Disney Dreamlight Valley are known for. It's an opportunity for Disney to bring a piece of classic storytelling to life and bridge generations of fans through shared memories.
