Since an In And Out is being built on Oakdale Rd and Sylvan Ave in Modesto, CA, that will only this summer. I want another fast food restaurant to be added on 2646 Oakdale Rd, and that is KFC. And the reason is because the KFC I go to on 950 Oakdale Rd, is 1.6 miles away from where I live (around 7-10 min. away), which is a little far and a waist of gas to get to. I want one build on 2646 Oakdale Rd and Floyd Ave, next to the existing McDonald's, Taco Bell, and DQ, which is only 0.9 miles from where I live (only taking 3-4 min. to get to). I really enjoy their biscuits, fries, and tenders there, even my family wants one closer too.
