                     Each student dreams of a future where their years of studying, sleepless or wakeful nights, and endless projects pays off in a career that fits their passion and skills. But reality often hits differently. Most graduates in the Philippines find themselves trapped in the cycle of job mismatch, working in fields that doesn’t align with their course, skills, or even their dreams. Imagine a graduate nurse working as a call center agent, or an engineer working in a fast food chain. Their talents are wasted, and their full potential remains locked away.

                       Job mismatch is more than just a failure, it’s a national or in some cases a world wide problem. It weakens productivity, wastes education and blocks economic growth. When workers are not in the jobs they are trained for, we lose innovation, efficiency, and progress. Instead of thriving, people will just do anything in order to  survive. Isn’t it time to change this kind of cycle?

                         The solution begins with bridging the gap between education and employment. Schools must provide training and mentorship that allows and matches industry demands, companies must open doors for fresh graduates, and the government must strengthen career guidance programs. Last but not the least, students themselves must learn to adapt, and chase opportunities that align with both their passion and the market’s needs.

                           Our group aims to change this endless cycle each graduates are facing. By being the voice, we pray and hope that there would be a change. We know that they deserve to work were they are fit and aligned to their chosen career. Don't let anything hinder you from uncovering your true potential because each one of us can shine and show them what we are capable of doing. 

                              We believe in a future where every Filipino works not just for a paycheck or even just a simple salary, but with purpose. A future where nurses heal, teachers inspire, and engineers create because they are in the right place, doing the right job. Together, let’s break the chains of job mismatch and unlock the true potential. After all, when passion meets profession, success is unstoppable.
