74 Signatures and Counting! 🐾✨

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share a massive thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, and supported the petition so far. We have officially reached 74 signatures! 🎉

Because of your incredible backing, we have already blown past Glasgow City Council’s minimum threshold to bring forward a validated community application under the Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Act 2022.

Random, unannounced fireworks outside of Bonfire Night cause so much unnecessary distress to local pets (like Benji, who has been hiding from sudden bangs for years), wildlife, and vulnerable neighbours. With your help, we are showing the council that Broomhouse deserves peace and safety all year round.

Benji says a massive thank you for all 74 signatures! Let's keep going for a safer, quieter Broomhouse for all our pets. 🐾

Thank you all so much for standing together for our community! ❤️🐕
