2 South Burnaby Condos Make Smoking Policy Changes Due to Petition! This is FANTASTIC news!

Petitions really do work!!!!!!! Today we heard from owners of 2 South Burnaby condominium towers that say, in light of this petition and our presentation to local MLAs, that they have since amended their building policies pertaining to smoking and have now designated the building as being 100% smoke-free, while simultaneously assigning an outdoor area for those who still wish to smoke without having to go entirely off the property and ensuring the area is in a location where the infiltration of smoke will not enter into any nearby suites. They tell us this amended policy has been in place for almost 2 weeks now, and we've also spoken with some of the tenants saying that there is already a big difference in not just the smell of this building, but in the air quality as well.
