Smoking in New High-Rise Properties

Something we have been hearing a lot about since starting this petition is how problematic smoking is not just in rentals, but in new high-rise condominiums as well. Because many of these new high-rises are for purchase, owners feel they should be able to do whatever they want in the confines of their suite, including smoking, while others take issue with it. If you're not only against smoking in rentals but also want to see a change (or if you've already taken it up with your strata but have not seen any results), continue to sign and share this petition. We're still growing in signatures, which means this is a very serious problem in the city of Burnaby that needs to be addressed!
