Implement an educational equity fund to eliminate indirect economic barriers that prevent students from staying in school.

The state have to ensure that no student drops out of school due to a lack of resources for transportation or food.

The ministry of education must reformulate its budget so that a significant portion is allocated to cover these education costs.

Local governments need to urgently identify and prioritize student populations at greatest risk of dropping out for economic reasons, based on population studies

The process of accessing these subsidies must be simplified to ensure that they reach the families who need them quickly and efficiently. 

The proper administration of this fund must be monitored so that the resources can help improve the quality of life of students.

Therefore, we demand:
-That the Congress of the Republic approve the immediate creation of socioeconomic support.

-That the National Government ensure the continuous and sufficient financing of this fund in each annual budget.

-That the control entities supervise that the execution of these resources is transparent and directly benefits the most vulnerable students.
