Fulton County Vs. Jason Hall - Court Case Starts January 8, 2024 - READ UPDATE HERE

Hello everyone, Happy New Year! This is an update from Kelly's Dad, Skip about updates in the case:
"After three agonizing years, it appears that the wait is finally over, and Jason Hall will finally stand trial."
Last month, Judge McAfee put his foot down with Jason and his defense lawyers and made it clear that there would be no more defense continuances granted. The judge set the trial date for Monday, January 8th, 2024, and just recently, the District Attorney's Office issued three state witness subpoenas. It looks like it’s finally going to happen.
We are hoping to get local Atlanta news coverage of the trial since the case originally made news back when Kelly was murdered. Rest assured, we will be posting trial updates here each evening for those living out of town unable to attend.
For those who don’t know…January 16th is Kelly’s birthday. She would have turned 39. I can’t think of a more heavenly birthday gift than for Jason Hall to be sentenced to prison for the rest of his natural-born life.
Since the start of this ordeal, I have retained a file of court documents and submitted numerous requests for information through the Georgia Open Records Act. I am putting all my faith into the prosecution, police detectives, crime scene investigators, medical examiners, expert witnesses, and all the scientific evidence presented to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Jason Hall will be convicted on all counts for the murder of Kelly. The jury’s decision won’t come soon enough.
Please continue to keep Kelly, Myself, and our loved ones in your thoughts and prayers as judgment day approaches."
