COURT HAS BEEN DELAYED AGAIN.

Just to update everyone, Jason was able to create a "medical emergency" for himself to get yet another continuance on this case.  So we're in a holding pattern waiting on another court date and will keep you posted as we know more.

We also wanted to share something else we found out.

Jason Hall just can’t seem to steer clear of the Fulton County jail. During a routine online search, we recently discovered that he spent Thanksgiving week behind bars on a charge out of Baton Rouge. What’s even more shocking is that the District Attorney's Office did not know of his arrest and he was able to get out of jail again.

This guy is supposed to be wearing an ankle monitor, and according to the most recent bond order, is supposed to be under a 24-hour curfew except for travel to and from doctor appointments / work in the state only.

According to online jail records, he was booked into the jail on November 21, 2023, on a charge of Fugitive From Justice For Fingerprintable Charge. He spent a week behind bars and was eventually released on November 29th. It appears authorities have decided to hold off moving forward. It’s possible this could be a very old offense that Baton Rouge has finally decided to pursue. We've been on the phone with authorities in Baton Rouge to learn more. Getting anything out of them is like pulling teeth. The DA’s office has run into similar roadblocks in getting any information.

Not that any of this matters at this point. Even though the Fulton County case has encountered yet another continuance, we're confident that it’s very close to being adjudicated. Hopefully, the next mugshot we see of him will be courtesy of the Georgia Department of Corrections.
