We were informed tonight that Jason Hall is back in custody.

According to the Fulton County Jail, he was picked up sometime this morning, 11/18. He was Indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury back on October 29th. According to the Indictment, he is now charged with Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
