This is what a failed justice system looks like.

This is the example that Fulton County sets for anyone who commits a felony crime like murder.

This is a man who not only committed murder (allegedly- he is the ONLY suspect) but last year while out on his first bond continued to harass & stalk his ex-wife. His ex-wife who is terrified of him and cannot be granted a restraining order from Gwinnett County or Walton County to ensure her and her children’s safety.

This is a man who hasn’t paid child support since October of 2021 but still has rights.

This is the flawed justice system and it’s disgusting.

We will do everything in our power to bring awareness to this case, justice for our friend Kelly who lost her life senselessly to this monster.
