As a full time wheelchair user and a mum to 2 children. It’s getting to the point where I’m not able to visit places because of the lack of consideration for disabled family’s.  
so recently I tried to book tickets to a London show and have been told the only way it’s possible is by separating my family.  So me and one child together and my husband and the other child sit else where. This is also a problem as my husband is my carer so can’t be sat else where.  
second thing I’ve tried to book a hotel room at a premier inn and have been told an accessible room will not accommodate my wheelchair and the children and a family room isn’t accommodating for my wheelchair. they came up with a solution again separating us. It’s not acceptable to split us up as a family.  If I was not wheelchair bound I could easily book a room to accommodate us all together.  

third thing booking accessible tickets for concerts. I have to ring a line to be able to get tickets as the online system doesn’t work. 

im getting sick and tired of missing out on events with my children in 2025 we’re suppose to be more inclusive yet I feel more discriminated than ever 

 change things so families like me can enjoy events including the whole family rather than either expecting us to separate or completely missing out altogether. 
i’m not the only person in a wheelchair in this world and we’re in 2025 now so things are meant to be more accessible more inclusive more adaptable and I couldn’t feel more discriminated and distant  in events. 
now is the time to act because it’s not acceptable this world is meant to be inclusive and I’m happy being made to choose between my family when my husband is my full-time carer he needs to be with me and both of my children are under 16 so cannot be alone
